Every category is computed from live, observable signals -- file reachability, valid structure, and freshness -- never estimated.

| Freshness | 10 | Was the manifest generated within the last 90 days? |
| Discoverability | 10 | Is the site crawlable, with llm.txt present? |
| Monetization Readiness | 10 | Are optional commercial-readiness files present? |
Score bands
- A 85-100 — Excellent
- B 65-84 — Strong
- C 40-64 — Improving
- F 0-39 — Needs Rebuild
